I recently relapsed on sh, I don't really need advice or any resources, I'm genuinely stable now, the problem is, I've been clean for just over a year, the last time I relapsed, I didn't even really treat it as a relapse, well, not enough to bring it up to my therapist, also I didn't trust him enough, so he just knows I *used to* do it in the past this time, the problem is that I actually feel the guilt of having lost something I truly worked on I want to tell him, but I'm genuinely scared he might see me differently, or frankly, won't understand why, because on paper everything in my life is fine right now it was just this terrible urge I have therapy in a few days, so hopefully by then I'll have decided if I wanna talk about it it's just truly a terrible feeling, because I already have terrible abandonment issues, and idk how he would even react, even tho he's very empathetic, this is one ascept we haven't really talked about, so there's no way for me to gage his reaction
