1. Service Description

RantRam is an anonymous venting platform that allows users to share their thoughts, feelings, and frustrations without revealing their identity. Core features — writing rants, reading, voting, and sending free support messages — are completely free.

RantRam also offers an optional paid feature called "Leave a Note," which allows users to send a personal message of encouragement to a rant author for a one-time payment of $2.00 USD.

2. Payment Terms

The "Leave a Note" feature costs $2.00 USD per note. This is a one-time payment — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Price includes all applicable taxes.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Payments are final once the note has been delivered to the author.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, because "Leave a Note" delivers the message immediately upon successful payment, you explicitly consent to waive your right of withdrawal during the checkout process.

By agreeing to the terms during Stripe checkout, you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately and that you waive your right to cancel once delivery has begun.

4. Content Guidelines for Notes

Notes must be supportive and kind. The following content is not allowed in notes:

• Personal contact information (emails, phone numbers, social media handles)
• Links or URLs
• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
• Harassment, threats, or abusive content
• Spam or repetitive content

Notes that violate these guidelines will be rejected before payment is processed. RantRam reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. User Conduct

By using RantRam, you agree not to post content that is illegal, promotes violence, contains identifiable personal information about others, or is designed to harm or harass individuals or groups. RantRam reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

RantRam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content posted by users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
