I am so done with my mother. You would think that getting the highest scores of your entire grade would give you some congratulations or anything but I guess I gotta try harder. I speak 4 languages. I got a 97 on average on all my classes. I've won national competitions. I'm great at art. Yet it is not okay for me to have a teenage life with friends, I should appreciate what my parents have given me, because I apparently never do; yet how can I be a good daughter and they do not appreciate what I achieve? It's so funny because I keep telling myself my childhood was normal when most of my friends, whom I vent to, damn well know I've gone through abuse. I vividly remember times when my mother hit me or the days I went without food because I was scared of getting out of my room. And apparently this didn't happen. I'm trying to memorize my bff's address in case they kick me out. I think there could a moment where I will decide to fully disappear from them and never, ever come back. —kiro
