Hi, I know this is very random, but for all the super depressed people out there. Do you stay on screens a lot? Do you constantly watch TikTok or YouTube? I read a book that made me realize something. I found out that girls or boys with more screen time (5 or more hours) will be more depressed because they are constantly comparing themselves with others! If you are depressed from bullying, tell me about it. I've gone through it too! Any other reasons? I may relate!
