I don't get how it can be so chaotic just to change out a water heater. Neighbors one had a hole in it so it dropped into ours to the point of ruining the ceiling and wall with black mold ceiling anyway. The place we could hear the ceiling dripping in multiple rooms upon first moving in. They could have put plastic/garbage bags down instead of tracking white powdered crap in and out wearing their boots too. AND brought an effing vacuum cleaner to clean their mess. I know life happens. Just seems everyday has been dramatic for awhile and it gets old.
