WHY EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEND SOMEONE A SIMPLE TEXT OR LONG IT WILL BE SEEN BY MILLIONS OF PEOPLE and will be judged harshly and negatively LIKE I CAN'T EVEN SEND A SIMPLE "HELLO GOOD MORNING" WITHOUT THINKING THE OTHER PERSON WILL SEND A THREAT AGENST ME AND THINKING ABOUT THAT JUST MAKES MY STOMIC DO A BARREL ROLE TO THE FLOOR I mean with my mom and dad there's no problem but with other people including inside my OWN FAMILY (except my mom and dad obviously) I feel like THIS I wish there was a way to rewire my brain or just ME in general.
