When I have an anxiety attack, my family thinks I'm faking it or just seeking attention, and they get angry at me. And also The medications prescribed by doctors don't really seem to work for me either. I probably can't cope with depression on my own right now, but is there anyone here who knows how to deal with anxiety attacks? Also im so lonely i cant take it anymore but when i was friends with anymore i found out they are bully, racist or something. Im so tired. What should i do?
