Absolutely hate someone I work with exact definition of why "respect your elders" does not always work they are so condescending and a major ass to people especially newer people like we're desperate for new people both just at work and in more senior positions but they treat those coming in like shit thank everything that they're stepping down I will celebrate the day they leave for good.
