My neighbor's who live below me have been violating lease agreements for a year and a half. They have blared their music, talked extremely loud, yelled, had domestics and etc. NOTHING has gotten done about them. They are playing the black card. Which I don't care about... However.. if you violated lease agreements you should have been out the second time it happened. The cops have been called MULTIPLE times and yet nothing has been done about it. I'm so sick of them. I want them to move out so freaking bad. Today they threatened me because I pounded on the door.
