My stomach, back, kidneys and bladder hurt so much. I don't have jaundice but I'm just so exhausted from the pain. I worry I have cancer somewhere in my abdomen or urethral tract or reproductive system. The pain gets worse after an orgasm. no im not in perimenopause or menopause I'm 26
