i don't know if i want to prove my mum wrong or just succumb to the worst result and make her wish she was wrong. how does a mother hear her daughter happily recount something important to her and the shut it down by telling her to find a better job and say i won't get what i want? how? my heart literally physically hurts i genuinely feel sick
