recently joined a reading server and i lowk feel like an intruder i hate romance i hate retellings i hate "disturbing" books (what if... cannibalism pomegranate female rage ough so scary) i hate modern fantasy and dystopia (early 2000s sagas did SO much damage) i hate the recent fixation with show not tell the kids are calling formal talk old english and canceling long dead and buried authors. why is everyone a toddler about this.
