My weak af charge nurse and the hca are not trustworthy. I've told them before about M.M. not helping with rooming patients and they're fully aware of issues regarding her but they chose to be blind bc she's a kiss ass. She makes these subtle digs at me whenever she can and no one speaks up. This department is a fking joke to work. Favoritism and unfair treatment all around. What I noticed right away was how my charge rn just assumed I intentionally forgot the time I agreed to go. Nevermind I don't swap lunches often and its not like anyone even reminded me. Then she went on around patient coverage from 11:15 to 11:45 as if M.M. didn't go to lunch at 12 also and thus it wasn't like we had absolutely no one. Today wasn't busy and no patient was forgotten but my god, you really notice how certain employees are given the blind eye (even tho they've blatantly done worse things than merely forgetting to go at a certain lunch time) while others are given 3 paragraphs like I'm on trial.
