I'm just writing this now because I kept having panic attacks and needing to step away to compose myself. I'm sure the reason she's helicoptering you is because she's worried and she loves you just please stay alive please I need you. I'm scared and I don't know how to help. I've never had an actual friend or someone I can just rant to continuously who supports and agrees with me like you do. Life is gonna be so much harder for me please... I don't want to guilt trip you into staying alive but I don't know what else to say... I'm so sorry if you didn't want other people to know what you were planning but I needed to contact you somehow.
