I want a girlfriend so bad but I just don't vibe with 98% of people on campus. It seems like many people don't look past someone being cute, funny, and a good person in low stakes interactions. If there was more to them, they'd never see it anyway, because you can't appreciate things in others you don't already have in yourself and it would go to waste. I want to know, how does this person see life, how do they think about themselves, how do they like to interact with the world? I wanna talk to them and experience them in their most distilled & authentic form, but sometimes it feels like chasing a ghost in a sea of tens of thousands of people
