My therapist says I shouldn't ignore my bad feelings. Avoiding it will only make it worse. Maybe that's why I've become so lonely because I always run away instead She says it's okay to be anxious, that sometimes our bodies are scared from the past. She suggested I try to acknowledge my feelings. Yes I feel anxious. Yes I feel sad. I'm not really sure if it works yet but I don't have anything to lose. She says I'm not something to be fixed because I'm not broken but I think maybe I am just a little bit broken. I want things to be easier and to live a normal life. But it isn't easy to get better. My heart races. I tell myself I'll be fine but now I'm in my bed alone, all I can do is cry. Sometimes I think I'm an alien who pretends to be human. Nobody else acts anxious like me. Why do I have to worry about everything. It doesn't really seem fair. I wish things could be easier just so I can be happier sometimes. I wish someone would take my brain out just to lean it for a while.
