Despite one year of amazing progress, I still often dislike my body. I have exercised every single day for a year now, with proper rest for different muscle groups, and I have a far better diet, weight, and strength. I know progress takes time, but my self-negativity is stronger than my patience. I feel like people will not like me or be attracted to me if I am not this person I imagine, but I must be delusional. People say I look good, some said I could be a model. But, for some reason, I can't believe them. It may be because others have been toxic. I know some might say, "They lied". My trust issues already make me think that they may have been less honest than I'd like. I hate it. I want to be free, and sometimes I am, but it keeps returning. Some days I am happy and content, others I feel nagging pressure and negativity. I feel horrible even speaking about this, because it seems like attention seeking or exaggerating, but I am lost... I am a fool.
