What irks me is when you have a neighbor that pretends to be the ideal citizen and tenant (especially to the landlord and on social media) when they're a snitch, karen, snake and in fact are FAR from it. They themselves do stuff they shouldn't and do unneighborly behavior, yet want to report others. That's total b s hypocrites.
