ok so imma be giving tips now 4 all of u who might be struggling. HYGIENE TIPS: ik its hard. wether u have sensory sensitivities, no motivation, or maybe u jst 4get. u dont deserve 2 rot. I dont have sensory sensitivities but from what ive seen from google n stuff, u should try using stuff thats not as "intense" (srry i genuinely dont know im jst tired so i cant phrase stuff rn) so like if the adult mouthwash is too bad use the kids 1 yk the 6+ 1? if u have no motivation, start small. try 1 shower a week. then twice a week. or if that feels too hard, try getting dry shampoo and deodorant and wipes and leave them in ur room or wherever u spend most of ur time. try use mouthwash at least. or maybe every time u go 2 the bathroom, u pick up ur toothbrush or wash ur face and if u jst 4get, try setting alarms. if those don't work then idk man im sorry its gonna get better, whatever ur going through. ily guys. if there's anth else u want help with, jst tell me ~W31RD_K1D.5038
