My manager is shouting on me. I have joined this workplace for about 6 months. And as I am new to the work, I would require time to study each and every thing. It is normal that I will make mistakes while doing the job for first time. Also I accept my mistake that I have did some errors but it makes me angry when my manager shouts on me on my first mistake that too in front of everyone. Shouting in front of everyone makes me more angry and too I do much more work than others and my other colleagues sit and become happy inside in their mind. This is very frustrating and makes me very much angry.
