Continually losing more and more patience for people in this workplace. Smiling all smiley all happy "we're all friends/family here" in front of each other then talking behind each others backs, and they go to you to talk about the problem or any issues theyre facing but then refusing to talk to the person they have a problem with directly to resolve the misunderstanding or to solve whatever issue is there. Whether you do or dont give them a response they like (which is continuing to just trash talk or complain) theyll go to another person and talk about the thing over and over. Nothing gets solved between anyone and projects get delayed because they cant just talk to each other and dont want to even if you offer to go with them after theyve complained about it to you the nth time.
