Nearly 2 years since I lost a once important group of friends. They were in my life for very important moments in my life, and they were the constant- they were the family I longed for. People I chose, and I loved- and felt loved back. But I didn't realize how actually fragile it was and how really once sided it was.. That fucking sucks. Didn't know my vote was going to end our relationships, I didn't know that I had to be talked at- persuaded, or even grouped up on.. We all are falling for our own countries' propaganda to a point- but we do that to avoid the sheer unknown and avoid panic. We, as individuals can choose to take things with a grain of salt but fuck- what is this ride or die behavior for opinions that aren't yours to begin with, for problems with no found solutions, for political bullshit that we've all been known and dealt with time and time again... but this time, you fall for it? Why? We'd make fun of people who fought the politician's battles, so why did you all leave
