I am so tired of life. I love my family, truly, but I don’t want to be here anymore, not in a suicidal way, I’m just over it. We have been renting the same place for almost 9 years. Never been late or missed a payment. The owners now want to sell and want us to buy it. We don’t want to. They haven’t done proper upkeep over the years. It’s time for the ac to be replaced, the roof needs redone, it needs new appliances, new trim outside around the doors and new windows. Besides all that, it’s only 3 bedrooms w/an unfinished basement. Also it’s a town home with no yard. We have 3 kids and none of them are planning on leaving directly after high school. They need to each have their own bedroom. They want us to buy it this year or get out so they can sell for double what they paid for it, im sure. I did the math and we have spent over $126,000 living here. Now they want to give us a “deal” on it. $215,000. They just bought the corner lot, newly renovated, for $212,000. I hate it here!
