I applied for this preceptorship program before but my supervisors wouldn't approve my application. hence, I decided to apply for a fellowship abroad in the same specialty that i was applying for a preceptorship before in my country. now i find out that they have established this "college" pertaining to the subspecialty training that i am now in and yet i know they have not been approved yet. i was one of the first who applied for the said preceptorship and now that i am in a legitimate, approved, and recognised fellowship program... i find out that they declared themselves specialists and that they have established this "college" in the subspecialty training that i am now!!! it's so unfair!!! i know i'm not supposed to decide on something when i am emotional but now i don't want to go back to my home country anymore and go back to the hospital that sent me here for my fellowship training. it is just so unfair!!!
