What's one thing your boss or manager does that drives you crazy? Former one but they were plain uncaring favoritist self serving hypocrites. Stripped the place of all morale. The one told us "you don't like it hit the door". Yeah helluva way to treat your employees. Wish I had tbh you don't treat employees let alone human beings like that.
