In my dealings with Qld Police in Brisbane over years they ignored and never take action against drivers, riders and cyclists for breaking the law especially speeding, running the red , not giving way etc etc etc So they will ignored and never take action against e-scooters and ebikes breaking the law especially not wearing helmets, carrying passengers etc etc etc even those tv ads claims they will.
