(2) This place has become so repulsive, fake, and morally reprehensive. I see things everyday that should not be happening, but despite mentioning it to my managers, it always get swept under the rug. Cell phone usage. Food at the desk. Using patient rooms to take breaks longer than 15 mins to avoid having to work. Going to the coffee shop in another building when there's 6 patients needing to be roomed and we are already down 1 person bc they got floated. If I were to describe the behavior that's happening to a REAL and COMPETENT manager, something would've been done. But no, this workplace has become a toxic cesspool where slacking off and chitchatting are taking precedence over our patients. And then this workplace bully actually does her work whenever she FEELS like it and somehow our boss thinks she's competent and acts like HER lapdog asking for HER feedback and validation. Like I HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR BOSSES WHO ARE ACTUALLY GOOD A MAINTAINING A PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARY.
