I really should have learned my lesson the last time I went to my charge nurse to vent to her about what's been bothering me about this coworker who's been bullying me. This is a coworker who is clearly the favorite and the 'it' girl at work, who gossips and doesn't follow the rules that are there for everyone else. I think it's so funny my charge nurse openly admitted to me that she doesn't trust this coworker and calls out what she did to me as bullying, yet today she's being all chummy and asking about her daughter's name and it's disgusting. I've also come to the realization that I'm being 'isolated' at work. It's through very small behaviors. And you know what? Fuck this job. Fuck this dead end low paying job even though it was 'great' benefits. I cannot respect my supervisor or her manager. These two women are spineless hypocrites who identify problems in our huddles such as lack of ppl rooming patients, but then fail to actually implement measures to hold people accountable. (1)
