Hey, K.T here. Or at least, I think that's how I addressed myself last time. Anyways. I hope all of your guy's day is better tomorrow. I know its hard to wait for something to pass, and there's highs and lows, but life truly doesn't have to be perfect all the time. Sometimes its hard to brush your teeth, to take a shower, to even move or eat or even use the bathroom, and its nothing to be embarrassed about. Needing HELP isn't something to be embarrassed about.
