@The person who replied worried about me taking Benzos Thank you for the concern, you're so sweet. I'm sorry I worried you especially because you've seen it happen before. I'm ok as far as risk of addiction to them 🥺t's prescribed for insomnia, PRN, I only take it 2-3 times a week. I don't get cravings or take it multiple times a day, and I don't like to get 'high' from them, they just make me sleepy otherwise I Just Don't Sleep. I've been on them for 5 years at the same dose and my doctors and I aren't worried. I'm chronically ill/disabled so I take my care very seriously IRL💜 I promise it wasn't 'a bunch,' I was just exaggerating, I'm sorry 😅 it was 3 pills instead of 2, because I ran out of my other meds (for nightmares and pain) and I was in too much pain to sleep. I'm allowed to take 2-3 depending on if I just have regular insomnia or if I'm I have a pain flare at night. I was just happy to finally be tired and going to sleep when I had felt so alone on here trying to vent.
