Why is it so common for people to believe that if you have insulin from PMOS/PCOS, that its just a problem of eating too much and that you just need to eat less and essentially starve yourself, because then you're not eating enough to fulfill your BMR and become malnourished? I'm chubby but my doctors have assured me my weight didn't make me sick. I've lost weight and it only made me tired and in more pain and more prone to pain and sickness. I've been at all sizes, and I was sick before I was fully grown. I barely eat now because I get full easily and instead need to stay hydrated due to kidney stones. I have low potassium and low blood sugar problems but that's it. Eating less won't really help me. But medication would. Whatever. Nobody is gonna listen to or believe a fat autistic woman who doesn't think she's a woman. (It's not wrong, I'm just taking digs at myself)
