My friend has been in a year plus situationship. It started as friends with benefits and then she caught feelings. He treated her like shit. She has blocked him on and off. Semi recently she unblocked him and they tried to get closure. She says she has loved him for the entire time despite constantly texting me when she's upset over him. When she unblocked him she did the same thing of crying to me about it, but when we were gonna hang out she ended up cancelling to go talk with him in person. She ended up spending the night. This man has kids already, cheated on the bby mama and made jokes about seeing other women but got upset when my friend talked to a different guy when he was blocked. I feel like I sound like a bad friend but he has put her thru hell and I have been supportive of other guys that treated her well in the past. It drives me insane to see how many hoops she jumps thru for him when he ain't shit.
