What really irritates me about most people who claim to be politically, socially and environmentally aware is that they will preach about it constantly and try to educate people and shame people for not meeting their high moral standards... ...but then as soon as you mention that veganism is the way forward, they stop listening. "Yah no I'm not going vegan". I see it in real life. My friends preaching about how bad AI and climate change are while eating a ham and cheese sandwich. I used to be in environmental activist groups and most of the people there weren't vegan. I know Green Party members who eat meat. I just don't get it!!! Not to mention the friends that post about boycotting companies, then buying from those companies right before my eyes or posting what they bought on social media. Life is starting to feel like a badly written soap opera with all these character inconsistencies and plot holes.
