Rant #13019

i cant stop cutting. my legs will shake and my heart will beat super fast. i have over 150 cuts on my body some small, some big, some deep, some not, some that i should probably have gotten stitched. i cant stop its so loud. i cant. i cant. i cant. ik im only 12. but i just cant. i need it to be quiet.
