Managers at my work have been so irritating. I’ve been at this job for 4 months. This is my first assignment. I read all the email, wrote down questions, talked to someone that did the assignment last year and talked to the manager. Now I meet up with the manager after the assignment to go over what I had done and apparently I did it all wrong. I didn’t do this and that. And it’s like how was I supposed to know if I wasn’t told ahead of time to do so. Like all these things I was supposed to do was supposed to be done during the assignment but how am I supposed to know if when we had a call to talk about it, you didn’t clarify that I needed to do it. It’s so frustrating cause they talk to me like I’m just supposed to know. And like wtf how am I?!!
