I don't understand this feeling inside me and it's irritatingly gnawing at me. Whenever I feel frustrated, I want to lash out at everybody but my voice is as quiet as a mouse and my facial expressions are so nonchalant even though my insides are churning with anger and frustration. I don't think stoicism fits my case because I've been expressing my emotions freely but it's whenever I'm frustrated at something or someone. It's like my body is holding myself back, which makes me want to slap the fuck out of myself for that. Like who does bro think it is?! Though, in all seriousness, I still don't understand my case here because I only seem to knowledge that expressing my anger will only result in me telling off people in a scolding tone(like how a parent were to scold a unruly child) instead of me completely lashing out like a mad man.
