I was a teenager once and while I used to hang round in the streets and in parks and in the city centre, me and my mates never gave anyone any trouble. We never got bored. Because my friends were actually interesting, entertaining and funny people. We entertained each other and laughed at ourselves, instead of laughing at other people who are just minding their own business. Tldr: If these chavs are bored, they only have themselves to blame for being such boring people.
