My ex broke up with me, probably about four weeks ago. And it hurt like hell. We only dated for three months, but it was my first time dating, and it was genuinely the best time of my life. I’ve been healing…but in a group chat with some of our friends, they said about how they were talking to this new guy, how he’s fifteen, and 6’3, and all that. They met at a camp apparently. I mean, I’m really happy for them, don’t get me wrong! But I’m just so confused. THEY were the one who broke things off, saying that they couldn’t give me what I needed, and that they felt like they didn’t deserve me, that we were too young. It’s only been four weeks, and I am definitely not ready to date anyone else rn. And now they’re all of a sudden seeing someone else, barely even a month after they said they weren’t ready? It wasn’t them cheating, because they met this guy the previous weekend, so it’s someone completely new. And I know it’s not ny fucking business, but I feel kinda betrayed.
