Just started a new job a couple months ago, and compared to my old job. This one is a lot better, but the old hag who is the office manager. Seriously SERIOUSLY needs to retire. I’m over her ways, she holds the whole office back. And my job could easily be a remote job, but this fucking old hag needs to have control over us. It’s absolutely infuriating. Like lady please do us all the biggest favor and just fucking retire. The woman who corrects all of your mistakes every time. Needs to have your job. An I hate when she comes by my office to say something. Her voices just grinds my gears and my jaw physically tenses every time. And she tells me I’m going to have more responsibilities and yet she’s done nothing in regards to training. Like lady if you’re going to hand more shit over to me. I’m expecting more training along with that. Your almost 80 years old get to stepping.
