i got in trouble with my parents today. i forgot to clean my room, and i got angry and accidentally said 'fuck.' My mom tried to choke me, and that was when my dad camera upstairs. he beat me with a belt while they looked through my phone and computer. i dont know what to do and i feel so alone.
