I've been battling anxiety for over 10 years, often times I suffer from extreme brain fog. I'm currently a medical intern. Today, I forgot to take a picture of a sample prior to sending it out to the lab. I scared shitless. They haven't asked me to send the picture but after 3-5 days they may do so. I'm ready to own up to my mistake but I'm so fucking worried. I hope the results arw unremarkable and everything works out.
