me (m) and my ex (of 2.5yrs) broke up 6 months ago. unfortunately tho he’s been living with me and my parents as he goes to college here funded by MY parents. anyway, we just recently started getting more independent from each other but i brought him to the city from when he initially lived which could be called “sad” or “lonely.” Anyway, now that he’s gotten a glimpse of what his life could be (like partying, guys, drinking, networking) without me in a huge city, he’s now leaving at random hours to go clubbing (at GAY bars) and scoping for sex, “friends” (who are obviously attracted to him), attention, etc. the point is it’s so confusing because one night he’ll want to give me physical affection like hugging & kissing, and then the next he’ll tell me he’s going out w his guy friends (which 1 of them replaced me), I can’t stand I basically gave him the tools and now he’s using them against me while I stay put up at home (I do go out just not a stable friend group like him). It sucks.
