For quite some time now I've had ATM fees laying heavily on my mind. Without a doubt a good majority of people just accept having to hit that button agreeing to have x-amount of dollars deducted from your balance, just for the convenience of getting to use the ATM, but I'm sure there are people out there who are like me and grimace every time we see that $2.50 (or more...rarely less) we've got to agree to before we're granted access to our money. Just trying to envision the dollar amount a financial institution gains in one day, utilizing an educated guess, makes my guts roll. So I wonder if bringing attention to this highway robbery is even worth it, if for nothing else but to get people pondering just how much they are getting ripped off.
