rolling my eyes at this one christian kid who claimed to be open and understanding of lgbtq, but as soon as their queer friends said something wrong to them (it genuinely was bad, like a straight up threat), they switched up and turned on all queer people, saying that even though they "understand", being in a gay relationship is "not following god". my sweet summer child, your god is ultimately inspired from a mixture of gods from way older religions that dgaf about someone's identity and sexual orientation. don't act like queer people haven't existed for millenia since before you were born. just confess that you struggle to understand the concept that other people can be different from you and that you're just scared of things that are different to you instead of lying through your teeth about being "open". wtf happened to love thy neighbor?? yall homophobes would have a stroke if you ever found out you had an ancestor who was, gasp, gay!!!
