My dad doesn’t really ask me what’s happening in my life, he barely talks to me about real things, he shows no affection, but he does for my siblings. I know he loves me and cares for me, but he doesn’t act like the dad he used to be. I know he’s busy, but I know he has time to just say something. Literally anything, just talk to me. Just say goodnight once. It doesn’t have to be anything big, just act like I mean something to you instead of just someone who lives with you. That’s my wish.
