It's like this. I don't care if you live on a top floor or bottom floor in a place/building etc. Nobody has to make their floor above someone sound like theyre crushing bottles or like it's raining steel balls. But this person does. I honestly think they don't care. I shouldn't have to deal with this. They're just straight up a shitty neighbor because they went over our heads without talking to us about an issue INSTEAD OF TALKING TO US FIRST trying to get us evicted. I'm not a mean heartless person. But I'm the one being affected by this by what other fam did I'm innocent of it. So they just wanna sweep it under the rug even though it's still affecting me. Two weeks ago they proved they could be quiet as a mouse because a baby was up there. Now. It's roaring ass floor that jumps me out of bed when they get up every morning. It didn't used to be like this. I'm tempted to retaliate in one way or another because I'm sick of this b s. I'm running on little sleep thanks to them😡🤬😤.
