I had to make a lot of calls today regarding my life and health with so many people this morning. I got to a lady who immediately had no patience for me and acted so fucking annoyed I thought I might've called the wrong number. I don't know who she was talking to before me but I let her say her piece and waited in silence until she started giving me general recommended info about whatever. I basically just nodded through it all and when she finally cooled down her tone and attitude I was very done with this. Her job is answering the phone and helping the customer even if it's repeating info we all should know. Okay you don't like that even though that's exactly what your job is? Okay don't worry AI is coming up right up around the corner then you don't have to communicate basic info to health compromised customers anymore.
