reply on the note left about Buddy (2026) I highly recommend renting or buying it. I'm going to when able, but I watched a rip of it on Youtube. It was GREAT. Very fantastical, not just a regular slasher movie, its very psychological and supernatural. It's about exploitation and abuse of child actors and represents all different kinds of bystanders and victims and people unaware of the horrors. It has some great practical effects, it only had a budget of 2 million yet the different sets and puppetsare wonderful. The acting/characters are a bit "off" because the movie clearly does not take place in the real world we experience, it's kind of an alternate reality, so you have to suspend your disbelief for some parts and be okay with a bit of corny and campy. But it was a wonderful experience and I am waiting to buy a physical copy of it. I loved it so much, the songs get stuck in my head, and its kind of horror/comfort like loving FNAF animatronics despite them being murderous.
