I’m feeling so frustrated and unsupported at my job. This is my first year teaching, and my school has decided to give the teachers a lot more responsibilities than the previous years, but they haven’t given us all the resources needed to complete these responsibilities. It feels completely unfair and personal, even though I know it shouldn’t feel this way. I feel like it’s impossible for me to actually do well here, since the school has made everything so much more complicated and difficult than they need to be.
