our stupid fucking nurse never checks messages. we need urgent things taken care of and she doesn't bother to communicate. every time i send anything it's like 25 minutes before anything happens if it ever does. she never sets patients up with the correct expectations of visits. she never asks questions of patients. she never clarifies anything. also she smells and never brushes her teeth. i am so fucking tired of having to not only manage myself and my own time, but that of my provider and my nurse. additionally, my fucking manager is a piece of crap and doesn't care about the clinic.
